I have always enjoyed drawing and painting. Having spent many years in engineering I find painting a relaxing and rewarding creative outlet. I am very grateful to my tutor Warren Sealey for his many hours of patient and constructive advice!

I use traditional oil painting techniques, focusing on layering and detail to achieve depth, vibrancy and authenticity. I guess I would be classed as a Realist but like to be fluid in my approach .
